Apple rolled out its Insomnia Film Festival last month and a few locals decided to take part in the competition. Known as 319crew Productions, Bryan McCarty, Tim Dodd, Ben Hagarty, Mike Thuesen and Markus Frieske starred in "Robin Goes to College: The Musical."

The challenge was to shoot, edit, and post to the web a 3 minute movie within the given 24 hour window on October 13.
